Geelong couple Georgia Fabian and Michael Dobson were actually married weeks before their ceremonial nuptials.
“It was so important to us that Michael’s cousin Mark, who we are so close with, marry us,” Georgia says.
“We didn’t like the idea of someone we didn’t really know being responsible for what was one of the most important moments of our life.
“Seeing as Mark wasn’t a celebrant we took care of all the legal stuff before the big day.”
The pair celebrated their marriage in Creswick under metres of handmade bunting with Georgia wearing two different vintage-inspired gowns throughout the festivities.
