And it seems the stars were also in favour of the gown – shortly after picking it up Chloe got a call to say she had won the dress, plus the chance to meet its New York designer Henry Roth while he was visiting Melbourne.
“Fairytales Bridal called me and told me they had entered me in a competition – I got my deposit returned and had it all paid for,” Chloe says, smiling.
“The day I got my dress was Valentines Day – it was all meant to be.”
Adding her own personal style made for an extra personal special day for Chloe when she married her love Clint Bamford.
The Mount Duneed couple worked tirelessly to put their personal stamp on their wedding day, which they held at Chloe’s parents’ home.
“My parents have the most beautiful gardens and home and we thought it would be so special to have our wedding at their home,” Chloe says.
“We did tend to go a little overboard with the styling but I wouldn’t have had it any other way,” Chloe says.
Chloe looked stunning as she walked down the aisle in her fairytale gown. But she admits there was another star in the ceremony – the couple’s cute dog Buddy.
“We had our flower girl walk him down the aisle in a black and white tuxedo,” Chloe says.
“I even had the florist do a little corsage for his jacket to match the groomsmen. He was definitely the second cutest man at our wedding.”
