LABEL LOVE: Anna Campbell and her new Spirit collection,-Style-Ebony It’s easy to spot an Anna Campbell gown. The Melbourne-born label has become synonymous with brides and admirers alike with its intricate embellishments and glamorous cuts inspired by vintage romance.
Anna’s new collection, Spirit, is no exception. Inspired by the idea that a bride’s spirit is what shines beyond anything else on her wedding day, the new range sees an evolution of the designer’s distinctive style where it meets exciting new silhouettes and customisable options.
Brides can now choose to customise their dream dress by selecting from up to six different skirt designs, with interchangeable options designed to cater for every style and range from a slimline fit to a cascading silk tulle or beaded drop skirt.
“There’s a juxtaposition of the most beautifully form-fitted pieces with the fullest, floaty organza skirts and cascading silk tulle styles – there is truly something for every bride,” Anna says.
“After all, it is their spirit that someone has fallen in love with. The collection was designed to celebrate the inner beauty of all our brides.”
While previously reserved for the made-to-measure range, the colour bone has made its debut in the off-the-rack collections, which also welcomes silk tulle skirts to the luxe line-up.
Like all Anna Campbell designs, luxury silk is used – a choice that is the only one for the designer.
“Silk feels sexy on your skin – it is lightweight, breathable,” she says. “It’s an ancient product that is known for its beauty and for us there is no comparison.”
The Spirit collection is priced between $2,299-$5,999 and is available in stores now.,-Style-Adelaide,,,,,-Style-LIlly
